Shipping and Returns/Refunds Policy

PROCESSING TIME

Items will only be processed Monday - Fridays and will not be processed on weekends or Holidays. Shipping estimates do not include processing times, weekends, or holidays. Please note that there may be delays leading up to yearly occasions such as Christmas Holidays, Mother's/ Father's Day etc. 

Our products are mostly 'Made to Order' meaning that we start the making process once a purchase is made. With this in mind, our production time usually takes 3-5 business days but  please allow us 1-2 weeks at most to process your order.

To receive your Christmas orders in time for Christmas, it is advised to order by the 6th of November.

 

PREORDERS

Preorders may take up to 2 weeks to process, subject to stock availability. You will receive an update via email or SMS to confirm when your order has been shipped. If there are any issues or questions, please contact us via email cp.made2fit@gmail.com or fill in a contact form

 

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery will take up to 3-5 working days to arrive.

**Please Note that delivery time is not included in our processing time**

Please note that over bank holiday weekends there may be slight delays.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimate date for delivery.

COMPLETENESS/ ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address and other shipping information are entered correctly. We are unable to change any information once your order has been dispatched/shipped. Made2Fit will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. It is advised that amendments are made ASAP.

Returns/ Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return contact us at cp.made2fit@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 49 Westmill Road, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 2SD.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at cp.made2fit@gmail.com.

*Please note We don’t cover any returns costs, it is the customers responsibility*

When we have received your returned item we will send you a confirmation email wether your return request have been accepted or declined. Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive a refund within 5-10 business days depending on your bank and the amount will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method used.

We reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition.

When returning goods, please ensure all returns are sent back via a recorded/ trackable service. We will not be reliable or held responsible for any losses or damages caused by the return of the goods*

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalised items), and undergarments (such as socks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
